Schwarzenegger says he's doing auto sector a favour
TORONTO — California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger says he is doing the domestic auto sector a favour by setting the most stringent vehicle emission standards in North America.
In a luncheon speech in Toronto, Mr. Schwarzenegger talked about the legislation he signed into law last fall that will force the state's leading industries to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions to 1990 levels by 2020.
