  2. Whodat Singer from St. Catharines, Canada writes: This is great. I am surprised that no one has tried this before. Maybe there can be a number of smaller ones can be used in backyards that will help those living up there to get the fresh food that we down south take for granted.
  3. S Taylor from Vancouver, Canada writes: Arctic summer greenhouses seem to be a good idea because of the long summer days. However, it is not likely that there will be widespread outdoor farming in the arctic because of the poor soil, even if it does warm up.
  4. Al MacDonald from Think GR$$N, Canada writes: Awesome! Sounds like a great idea and very simple. Maybe it could be taken a step further with hydroponics.
  5. Heather Main from Arviat, Canada writes: This is great! I wonder if they supplement the soil supply using e.g. compost? Might be a good idea since the soil has to be transported up there.
  6. S Minogue from Ottawa, Canada writes: Sara Minogue - I live in Cumberland township where my father was raised. His Dad's name was John Patrick Minogue and his wife was Minerva Spratt. They lived on the farm in Cumberland all their lives. It was recently sold by my cousin. Would you be related to this part of the family?? I also have a cousin, Kuya Minogue, living in B. C.
I would appreciate a reply as I am interested in family history.

    Thank you. Sheila Alice Minogue-Calver
