PM's hard choices replacing female ministers

OTTAWA — As Prime Minister Stephen Harper prepares for a cabinet shuffle next week, he faces a gender-balancing challenge: Two jobs at risk belong to women and his party already suffers a gender gap with voters. Mr. Harper intends to announce the changes on Tuesday and they are expected to include a relatively large number of cabinet ministers, sources said Wednesday.
