Market turmoil sends investors 'racing for exits'

The global financial tumult is hitting Canada hard as international investors bail out of what has been one of the world's hottest markets, sending the country's stocks further into a tailspin and prompting the Finance Minister to attempt to calm fears of a meltdown.
