Outwitting South Africa's tenacious honey badgers

From Tuesday's Globe and Mail

Overheard, not long ago, in a South African supermarket: "No, mommy, not that honey!" A girl of about 12 in a smart school uniform chastised her distracted mother as she loaded a bottle of honey into their cart. "You have to get the one that's badger-friendly!" Mother paused, put the offending bottle back on the shelf and reached instead for one that bore a small, silver label depicting the silhouette of a badger.
