Battle looms over Truscott compensation

Steven Truscott declared total victory yesterday after his acquittal for the 1959 murder of Lynne Harper, but a new battle looms over his right to be compensated for the 48 years he spent under a legal cloud. Mr. Truscott told a news conference he has never considered compensation, but a lawyer at his side, James Lockyer, said Mr. Truscott is owed a colossal amount for his ordeal.
