Ontario reveals 20-year, $60-billion power plan
TORONTO The Ontario government's commitment to phase out coal-fired electricity will require a Herculean, $60-billion effort to revamp the entire electricity system with a far greater reliance on natural gas, conservation and renewable sources, the province's power planning agency said yesterday.
