Buddy Rich from Toronto, Canada writes: So the Customer is spoon fed by Mr Menchaca's team through Dell's maze to ultimately get satisfaction and issues ironed out. This wont work long term. The front line staff must be able to do this....not an inside team of teckies talking to the consumers...
