Proportional option would do little to enhance democracy
The most important thing you need to know about the proposal to reform Ontario's electoral system is that it would expand the legislature and stack it with people who didn't have to win an election.
If you think that enhances democracy, then you will know what to do with the referendum ballot you will receive at the polling station on Oct. 10.
