Getting away with bad behaviour

Kids these days might not be getting away with murder, but a good many have been pulling off lesser crimes without getting caught, a Statistics Canada survey of youngsters in Toronto has found. Of the 37 per cent of students in Grades 7 to 9 who admitted to delinquent acts in their lifetime, less than half said they'd been nabbed by authority figures for their last transgression.
