Where oh where is the health-care debate in Ontario's election?

The dispute over financing faith-based schools has dominated the Ontario election – an emotional issue, to be sure, but one that might cost half-a-billion dollars over time. Health care, by contrast, will cost $37-billion this year, three times more than K-12 education, and will consume 46 per cent of the program costs of the provincial budget. What have we heard about that? As usual, the parties have fallen over themselves to outdo the others in promising more spending.
