Furniture maker Shermag Inc. said late Friday investor George Armoyan will join its board of directors.
The Quebec-based company said Shermag president and chief executive officer Jeffrey Casselman is stepping down from the board to allow the addition of Mr. Armoyan, who is president and CEO of Clarke Inc.
