McGuinty's marginal majority rules

Sorry to rain on Dalton McGuinty's parade, but he doesn't actually have much of a mandate from the people of Ontario. In fact, only about 22 per cent of the province's eligible voters cast ballots for a Liberal candidate, which isn't exactly a robust endorsement of the Premier's record.
