  2. Farm Boy from Big City, Canada writes: I'd be very surprised if Transport Canada ever allows this. They'll let him go ahead and spend millions and then they'll think of a reason why he shouldn't be allowed to carry passengers.
  3. fred robster from Canada writes: Farm Boy - you're right. Probably he'll need a Transport Canada approved theft-immobilization device. Because as was made obvious by the recent fiasco, passenger safety is obviously paramount to the Department of Transport wonks.
