Girl's solo flight lands WestJet in hot water

CALGARY — Philippe Boissy had concerns about his five-year-old stepdaughter, Sara-Maude St-Louis, travelling unaccompanied on a WestJet flight from Edmonton to Montreal. However, he'd paid a $100 “unaccompanied minor fee” that ensured WestJet employees would look after Sara-Maude until she was delivered into the hands of her father in Montreal.
