Six months ago, Benazir Bhutto was a disgraced former Pakistani prime minister living in splendid exile under the taint of corruption allegations. She graced the pages of People magazine and was dogged by the reputation, put so well by Jemima Khan, of being "a kleptocrat in a Hermes head scarf." So much has changed since then.
