Bhutto's heir apparent

NAUDERO, Pakistan — “My mother always said democracy is the best revenge.” With those words, spoken in English, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, a shy 19-year-old, took centre stage of Pakistan's tumultuous and bloody politics. Benazir Bhutto's oldest child, a student at Oxford University, was made chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party, the largest opposition group, founded by his grandfather, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
