PARK CITY, UTAH — The Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, officially kicks off Friday after Thursday night's gala screening of the Irish hit-man comedy In Bruges.Widely considered the most important showcase for U.S. and international independent filmmaking, the festival this year includes 121 films, 64 of them in competition for best documentary and best feature films in U.S. and international categories.
