India tech tycoon laments Canadian skills shortage
MISSISSAUGA India's wealthiest tech magnate says that Canada and other developed countries aren't turning out enough skilled graduates to compete in the global economy."What is of concern is how serious a shortage of technical talent is building up in the Western world," Wipro Technologies chairman Azim Premji said yesterday.
"Global companies are going to where the global talent is," he said.
