India tech tycoon laments Canadian skills shortage

MISSISSAUGA — India's wealthiest tech magnate says that Canada and other developed countries aren't turning out enough skilled graduates to compete in the global economy."What is of concern is how serious a shortage of technical talent is building up in the Western world," Wipro Technologies chairman Azim Premji said yesterday. "Global companies are going to where the global talent is," he said.
