    Please get Michael Smith, the only chef who has a sense of reality about food and the people who will be eating it.

What a nice surprise to see that the NFL is trying to celebrate good food. Can't wait to try out these recipes, especially the short rib meatballs and mushroom gravy. Be great to try with a nice local, micro-brewery beer.
