Carleton to name architecture school after Israeli developer

Developer David Azrieli brought the modern shopping mall to Israel, finished school at 75, and raised a ruckus in the 1970s when he levelled a landmark mansion in downtown Montreal to put up an office tower. Now he is the new namesake of Carleton University's School of Architecture, thanks to a $5.5-million gift, his second to the institution.
