  1. bill johnson from Quebec, Canada writes: Andrew...Petty was excellent. I am not sure what it takes to stoke your fire, but he performed flawlessly. The abbreviated version of Running Down a Dream still allowed Mike Campbell to shine. Compared to the old men (Stones) running out there a few years ago, or McCartney, Petty stands out. A man who is not a sell-out, and a superb performer. Bravo.
  2. John Douglas from Dartmouth, Canada writes: Who is this dink Andrew Ryan? Petty was awesome.
  3. Glenn Finockio from Winnipeg, writes: I'm still surprised no one in the media drew any attention to Prince's performance last year, and his "phallic" guitar. Strange.

In any case, Petty was Petty. In a good whey.
  4. E Lynch from Canada writes: Yes, Petty rocked. Straight ahead rock and roll can be good.
  5. Art Vandelai from Burlington, Canada writes: Petty was alright. Say what you will about the CFL, they don't have to be second place when it comes to showmanship. Lenny Kravitz' Grey Cup show was far better.
  6. Brent Williams from United Kingdom writes: Man, you're an idiot.

Petty was Petty, and if you can't appreciate that...f"ck off
  7. fred garvin from Toronto, Canada writes: I totally agree. Who, besides overcaffeinated 13 year old girls and Andrew Ryan, doesn't like Tom Petty?
  8. Albin Forone from Toronto, Canada writes: Out of complete boredom, I put on Jango and made a Globe comment that this was the worst SB halftime show in living memory, comparing Gwen Stefani and the Rolling Stones to these guys, who remind me of the peroxide blow-dried "rockers" who make wide-bottomed 50-something boomers rush the aisles and dance with their oxygen tubes on US Public Television retro specials.
