Albin Forone from Toronto, Canada writes: I agree with the expert advice on interval running, after years of "jogging" at a steady pace, one of the best feelings I get now is the exhilaration of running a series of all out sprints. Of course, that spoils the audiobook element of the Sharma routine, which has its points. (If I forced myself to listen to AC/DC, etc. I might run faster on the instinct to try to escape.) I like heavier weights less often - aging joints don't take well to high reps and high frequency.
