Gregg Cochlan thinks that's exactly where it belongs. And his new book, Love Leadership: What the World Needs Now, urges business leaders to show some love to warm their troops.
In today's Careers section, Mr. Cochlan say he finds many corporate leaders still find it embarrassing to talk about the L-word.
