Hand it to those writers: They gave as good as they got
GATINEAU, QUE. — You have to be optimistic. I am, even in grim circumstances. And my optimism stood me in good stead on Friday, as the mind-numbing, gnaw-your-wrist tedium of those CRTC hearings was inching toward an end. The writers came to make their case about the future of the Canadian Television Fund.
