Pious, flirtatious Putin says he's met all his goals
MOSCOW — For a President determined to show the world he is exiting the political stage, Vladimir Putin looked awfully comfortable basking in the limelight for more than four hours at his final annual news conference.
In a marathon exchange with hundreds of reporters from around the globe, Mr. Putin was alternately sarcastic, emotional, flirtatious - even pious.
