Ontario to vet child-slaying prosecutions
All future child-killing prosecutions in Ontario will be vetted by a team of Crown specialists to prevent autopsy errors from leading to wrongful criminal charges and convictions, a senior official of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney-General said yesterday.
