  1. eucharisto kleinberg from Toronto, Canada writes: All this talk of density...how about builders first figure out how to improve sound insulation and then, moving on to piling on the density! As it is, even "luxury" condos are built with minimum code sound proofing. One can hear normal conversation coming through walls connecting to the suites next door, upstairs or downstairs. Improve soundproofing first, THEN flog higher density!
