Jasper the Black Lab from Vancouver, Canada writes: CO2 sequestration is a great idea, but why should the Government spend $240 Million to do it? Simply force the oil companies to do it on their coin through a carbon tax / carbon credits plan.

John Cameron from Red Deer, Canada writes: Saskatchewan gets the cash for a partial payment on a coal fired electric project. Nothing to do with oil companies except they are probably going to pay for the C02 rto use in recovering conventional oil.
Maybe SASK won't bother doing nuclear then.
I believe Sask also dropped a lawsuit over "equalization" payments.
