Savers, this budget's for you.The new Tax-Free Savings Account introduced yesterday will help you earn more on your savings and investments by eliminating tax.Prediction: If the government gets this budget passed, TFSAs will become ubiquitous in a few years. Even though the tax savings aren't dramatic, most households will have at least a few of these plans. The TFSA is the sort of measure you rarely see introduced.
