Protesters scale roof of British parliament
LONDON — Protesters breached tight security at Britain's parliament on Wednesday, getting on to the roof and unfurling banners protesting against plans to expand London's Heathrow airport.
The demonstration by the "Plane Stupid" group coincided with the end of a public consultation process on proposals to build a third runway at the world's busiest international airport.
