VANCOUVER If it wasn't such a cliché, one might call the Avril Lavigne riddle, well, complicated.
Her music, her videos, her fashion choices and her persona continue to speak to a young audience. And for her world tour, kicking off next week in British Columbia, she is promising a high-energy show with lots of “fast, fun songs” – songs like
Sk8er Boi, which she wrote and recorded when she was in high school.
