Air Transat flight makes emergency landing in Florida
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA. — A flight from the Dominican Republic to Canada has made an emergency landing at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport after eight passengers complained of being sick.
Airport spokesman Greg Meyer says Air Transat flight 477 was quarantined on the runway after it landed late Tuesday.
