Dion dogged by campaign debt

More than a year after he won the Liberal leadership, Stéphane Dion is still struggling to pay off his considerable campaign debts, while Bob Rae, who placed third in the race, is expected to be all paid up by the end of the month. And Michael Ignatieff, who was the runner-up in the December, 2006, contest, expects to have his $300,000 debt retired by the June deadline imposed by Elections Canada.
