Jim Crocker from Canada writes: Mr Borovan should try giving his plans away and make money from sponsors and other advertising sources. The web is littered with failed subscription models. People don't expect, want or have to pay. But advertisers will - for the eyeballs and traffic. Wired.com has a decent overview of the $0.00 pricing model in this months magazine.
