  2. Jimmy K from Toronto, Canada writes: Because according to McGuinty, anything regarding the economy is "not a priority".

    It's not that they missed an oppertunity to do something, they didn't want to do something then, and they don't want to do something now. If the coffers were exploding, they still wouldn't do anything. After all, they need "every penny".
