Supreme Court presses Crown on Khadr

Several Supreme Court of Canada justices applied strong pressure to a federal lawyer this morning to reveal what U.S. authorities were given confidential information about accused terrorist Omar Khadr. In a series of dramatic exchanges, the judges also challenged Justice Department lawyer Robert Frater to say whether Canadian authorities sought any restrictions on how the U.S.
