Virgin festival returns to Toronto
Toronto — One if by land, two if by sea and three if by blockbuster rock festival. Details were announced for the third annual Virgin Festival in Toronto, an increasingly popular two-day music event (Sept. 6-7) stocked heavily with invading British acts Oasis, Bloc Party, Spiritualized, Stereophonics and Paul Weller. U.S. radio-friendly rockers Foo Fighters headline the first day.
