Virgin festival returns to Toronto

Toronto One if by land, two if by sea and three if by blockbuster rock festival. Details were announced for the third annual Virgin Festival in Toronto, an increasingly popular two-day music event (Sept. 6-7) stocked heavily with invading British acts Oasis, Bloc Party, Spiritualized, Stereophonics and Paul Weller. U.S. radio-friendly rockers Foo Fighters headline the first day.
