Hold China to its word

Tibet puts the democratic world in a quandary. In China's eyes, the unrest there is an internal affair. When other countries complain about Chinese repression, China's leaders simply reply: None of your business, butt out. Just because we're holding the Olympics this year doesn't give you the right to lecture us about how we handle our problems. The Olympics are about sports, not politics. We never agreed to change our political system when we applied to hold the Games.
