PM's adviser recommends limited Mulroney-Schreiber inquiry

OTTAWA — An inquiry into the controversial past of former Tory prime minister Brian Mulroney should be limited in scope and partially held behind closed doors, says Stephen Harper's hand-picked adviser. The Conservative government tabled the final recommendations from David Johnston on Monday afternoon after considering his report over the weekend, saying it would follow his advice.
