  1. M Poland from Calgary, Canada writes: Lord, I hope that we can play another complete game and advance into the next round. Go, Flames, go!
  2. Ziad Fazel from Calgary, Canada writes: I enjoy seeing the kids of players I admired in the NHL - Nystrom, Nilsson, Foligno. Jonathan Roy will be... interesting, if he makes it.

I wonder if I will get to see the grandkids play through people like Mark or Marty Howe, Brett Hull. Or the kids of women's hockey players like Hayley Hickenheiser or Cassie Campbell.

And whether Chelios and Hasek will be playing with them.
  3. Hap Stokes from Canada writes: Got my fingers crossed and the beer cold. Don't play one of your damn inconsistent games tonight. Be Flames, not flameouts.
  4. Mr Right from Toronto, Canada writes: Despite this being a close series, it has been one of the most boring ones to watch - due mostly to San Jose's cautious style.

Calgary has a great chance to win this. I think Wilson is a lousy coach who overthinks things, confuses his players and outsmarts himself. I'd take Keenan over him any day.

Plus with the exception of Grier, Clowe and Cheechoo, San Jose plays so softly they remind me of Canada's 2006 Olympic team.

Calgary just has to play intelligently instead of running around trying to goon everyone. This is more likely to happen on the road as the players won't feel the pressure to impress the bloodthirsty Calgary crowd by running guys through the boards. The reality is that unless your last name is Heatley, few players can be intimidated, so if Calgary plays a smart game they should come out on top.
  5. Penny B from Edmonton, Canada writes: I sure hope the Calgary Flames do it tonight in game seven.Against the San Jose sharks. Go Calgary Go
  6. Ziad Fazel from Calgary, Canada writes: Oops, sorry Hayley about the mistake on your last name. I am sure you have scored goals on people who called you worse, but I just screwed up.

Go Flames Go! Time for another Calgary-Montreal Stanley Cup (sans rioting et looting, s'il vous plait).
  7. Watcher of the skies from Canada writes: Ziad I'm with you: I want a Flames-Habs final too, but not a repeat of '88, a repeat of '86 of course! ;-)
  8. Flames Forever from Canada writes: For the Flames to win..win each shift
  9. boom boom from Canada writes: Have a big night Kipper! Go Flames!
  10. SY GIL from TO, Canada writes: Go choking Sharks Go!

The Ottawa Sens of the Western Division.
  11. David H from Canada writes: Unless Joe Thorton has finally found his long missing b**ls, I think the outcome is a foregone conclusion. This guy has to learn you have to get dirty in the playoffs, perimeter play does not get it done.
  12. Scot Loucks from Pickering, Canada writes: Game is going as expected...... but now Cujo is in...... tough call.

    Ouch.....

    It's over.

    Cheers
  13. Dave The Rave from Ottawa, Canada writes: 5-2 and it looks like the Flames are going home for the summer. Great series, valiant effort by Calgary. By the way, did someone actually compare the Sharks to the Sens? Can't be. Nobody could say something so absurd.
