Ottawa approves rezoning to stay in race for gallery

Toronto — Ottawa is still in the fight to keep a proposed national portrait gallery in the city.Ottawa City Council voted yesterday to approve a zoning change to a downtown site where a condo developer wants to build the portrait gallery in exchange for increased density.
