Google's success may be its undoing
‘Don't be evil” is Google's informal corporate motto, a subtle jab at Microsoft. As slogans go, it's brilliant: simple, touchy-feely and at once a compliment to Google and an attack against a rival with a reputation for monopolistic intentions.
But Google has problems of its own. It's not the bully Microsoft was; it doesn't have to be. But like Microsoft, it's a virtual monopoly and eventually Google will suffer for its own success.
