A citizen, whether we like it or not
Canada has no choice but to allow Abousfian Abdelrazik, a Sudanese-born Canadian citizen suspected of having terrorist affiliations, back into the country from Sudan, where he has been living in limbo. The right of citizens to enter Canada is absolute.
Mr. Abdelrazik may or may not be a danger to Canada. Clearly, he has some unsavoury acquaintances, including Ahmed Ressam, the former Montrealer known as "the millennium bomber." U.S.
