High hopes for taser inquiry

VANCOUVER — The mother of the man who died at Vancouver's airport wants her son's death to be the last following taser use by a police officer and she's hoping an inquiry starting today will force police to stop using the weapon. Zofia Cisowski's lawyer, Walter Kosteckyj, will be delivering her message at both phases of the inquiry.
