Hot: Saving. Not: Borrowing. For the past several years, banks have been much more interested in lending you money than helping you save it. Now, Bank of Nova Scotia has hinted at a change in thinking with a new no-fee savings program called Bank the Rest. Bank the Rest is an electronic version of putting your pocket change in a jar at the end of the day.
