One country's 'commonwealth' is another's colonialism

Ho. Hum. Zimbabwe in uproar. Usual crooked dealings in the electoral voting. Threats, countercharges, same-old, same-old. We've heard it all before, for 28 years. The world watches, somewhat bored. The headlines scream, as if it is all new. Beneath the headlines, there is little context, outlining the history behind the happenings, where the blame might lie, how it also might involve -- dare we mention it? -- far-off Canada. Mother England doesn't interfere.
