    I wasn't aware that tigers were 'piquant' or 'salty', or that they had a "lingering savoury-sweetness".

    Is that all tigers, or just Bengal ones?

    sigh.....they deserve all the accolades they receive.

    absolutely amazing cheese and the pinot gris is very good (i like the two as a pairing as well)
