  1. Bill Weston from Grand Rapids, MI, United States writes: Oh yeah, Turcos record against the Wings is soo much better at home isnt it? Whats he won lifetime against Detroit, twice?

And I'll repeat, if it was that simple to execute a game plan against these Wings, Nashville would have done it and Colorado would have done it. Like this mornings Dallas News was saying, this version of the Red Wings just doesnt let the other team play their own game! You play Detroits game and its really a hard one to beat them at.
  2. R Miller from Halifax, Canada writes: Who shot Chris Osgood before that picture was taken?
  3. Bill Weston from Grand Rapids, MI, United States writes: lol
I heard theyre looking at someone from the Maritimes for the shooting.
  4. Sean O'Reilly from Canada writes: I really don't like idea of so many thinking this series is over. Dallas is a quality team, and a judgement should really be made after the next two are played to see the direction of this series.

Here in Kitchener, the Rangers were 4 minutes away from a sweep, all the talk was about one, and whats happening tonight. Game 7.

Lets have some perpsective. Detroit is off to a good start, but nothing has been decided.

    That being said, GO WINGS!
  5. Ryan M from Ottawa, Canada writes: Miller, Osgood is doing a pretty good impression of Ribeiro back in his Habs days in that picture, isn't he? ;)

Sean O'Reilly, good outlook. Too early to say that this series is over. Dallas has a lot of depth, but Detroit took away Colorado's game entirley (and a few key injuries didn't hurt, either), and are doing the same against Dallas. The officiating has been awful, though. That 'roughing' call early on last game that led to a Detroit PP goal was an utter disgrace.
I still don't know if anyone will be able to take these Wings, though. I had bet on Dallas before this series started, but the way the Wings have been taking their game away, I don't see it happening. Would be good to see them win one or two, if for nothing else than to make the series a bit more interesting.
  6. Hap Stokes from Canada writes: Hey Bill if it isn't Gordo insulting truck drivers then it's you
Insulting Miller my other Bookend Bluenoser.
Just for that--God will clip those Wings of yours tonight.

Got $10 still riding on my old Mesquite neighborhood.
  7. D K from Canada writes: Good thing Osgoode got slashed, he needs to get his equipment checked. If it hurt that much, just imagine what a slapshot would have done. He could have been killed!

Does he play soccer in the offseason?
  8. Ed Long from white Rock, Canada writes: It shouldn't be this easy but Wings/Penguins will be my next full hockey game to watch.
  9. Dave The Rave from Ottawa, Canada writes: Folks, cheer for the Wings and Pens. Whatever Dallas and Philly do, it only prolongs the agony of a playoff season that's already too long. Let's see the two best teams in the league get it on for the Cup.
  10. Gordon Howe from HockeyTown, United States writes: Bill it doesn't matter what we say we're going to insult some sad sap. Tonites a big game for Dallas. I'm sure they're going to come out flying, hitting, smashing, hitting from behind whatever. I'm sure the refs will let them get away with a bit too in the first. If it's zero, zero after one we'll be ok. Get ready for some even up action. It's bound to happen. Nothing you can do about it, as long as it's not too obvious.
