I know from previous history that the Leafs were intimidated in Philly.

Did they ever win a series there? Have they ever beaten Philly in the playoffs? That may explain the articles.

The Flyers of this year are not the "broad street bullies" of years past. Other than Hatcher and Downie they are a skill team full of Canadian players. Mike Richards being the epitome of those players.

I didn't make many bad picks in this years playoffs but picking the Flyers over the Pens is 7 was my worst.... of course I made the pick before they lost their top 2 Dmen.

I would be surprised that any team being led by Sid the Kid will ever be intimidated.... anywhere... ever.

    Cheers

Worked last night in Philly and unless the Penguins get food poisoning before game night on Thursday, this series will be a sweep. But Philadelphia went a lot further than their season record indicated. Played with grit and determination, but the gas in the tank is just about down to fumes and their D being two key players short have the aging Hatcher struggling on the blue line, especially by middle of second period. Biron is the only reason the series has been as close as it has been. Many of the Flyers have probably already booked their tee time for Saturday.
